How Do I Meet People?

Lonoke Baptist Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Lonoke.

Sunday School

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, Lonoke Baptist Church has Sunday School held every Sunday morning at 9:00. The classes are divided into age groups while others are based on topic or gender. Each class is geared toward helping everyone in the class connect on a deeper level with God and with each other!

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. Children’s Church (age 3-1st Grade) meets during Morning Worship in the Educational Wing. 252 Kids Church (2nd Grade-4th Grade) meets during Morning Worship in the Life Center.

Young Adults

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The Pairs/Spares Class of Lonoke Baptist Church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.

Women’s Group

Lonoke Baptist Church’s Ladies Fellowship gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups,  which meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday nights of the month, are times of Bible study, prayer & fellowship. These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

Men’s Fellowship

The men of Lonoke spend the 2nd Saturday morning of every month having breakfast in the kitchen at church. This is a special time of fellowship, encouragement & accountability. It is important for men to be around other men so we are sharpen each other, as the book of Proverbs says.

Senior Saints

Once you get to that special age, the fun has just begin. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the Senior Saints of Lonoke Baptist Church provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. Lonoke is a place for people of all ages to come and find their place!
