Month of JanuaryLadies Bible Study
The Ladies Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, January 2nd & Tuesday, January 10th at Lonoke Baptist Church. This is going to be a time of fellowship with each and with God. It will begin at 6:30 in the Family Life Center. They are finishing Beth Moore’s “Believing God” Study.
2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off
After Morning Worship on January 8th, Lonoke will be hosting our 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off hosted by the STR8UP Student Ministries. If you want to participate in cooking chili, see Pastor Matt. We encourage everyone to stay for a time of fellowship to eat the chili prepared. All proceeds will go towards STR8UP Student Ministries summer mission trip to Toronto, Canada.
Bus Canvassing
On January 9th, Lonoke will be going out in teams to canvass the surrounding areas. We do this monthly to continue to find people to pick up in our Bus Ministry and find the lost of the world where they are at. If you want to be involved with this valuable ministry, be at the church at 6:00.
Men’s Breakfast
Men’s Breakfast will be meeting on Saturday, January 14th. This is a time for men of all ages to come out and enjoy each other’s company, some good food & a portion of God’s Word. We want to encourage every boy or man at the church to come and be a part of this vital ministry.
First Look/252 Kids Outing
On Sunday, January 22, First Look Ministries and 252 Kids will be going on a trip around here for a time of fun. All the details can be found with Pastor Matt at 501.215.3712.
STR8UP Paintball
On Saturday, January 28, STR8UP Student Ministries will be going to play some paintball. All the details can be found with Pastor Matt at 501.215.3712.
5th Sunday Services
The last Sunday of this month will be our 5th Sunday Services. The Morning will begin with Morning Worship at 9:45 followed by a Pot-Luck in the Life Center. Afterwards will be a singing in the Life Center. These are great times of fellowship so be sure to stay and be involved. There is no Evening Worship.
