Our Mission & Vision
There is no doubt where the world stands with Jesus Christ. The wrong and sin going on in the world is evident. Our goal at Lonoke Baptist Church is to make sure the world knows where we stand with Jesus: closely following Him and His Word. Scripture makes clear the Kingdom of God is our number one priority. We work to accomplish this task in ways people are able to come along and join in. God chooses to work through His churches and we feel honored and privileged to work alongside the Creator of this world.
Leadership Team:
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Craig Dunc
an, Senior Pastor
As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Craig has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture and applying them to the hearts of those at Lonoke. He has served at Lonoke for 5 years. He and his wife have two children. Pastor Craig graduated with a Bachelor in Biblical Language from the Missionary Baptist Seminary in 2008 and currently working on his Masters.
Pastor Matt Griffith, Youth Pastor
Pastor Matt’s main responsibility is teaching the youth and leading children’s programs. He is driven by young people surrendering their lives over to God. Matt and his family are from Crossett, AR and found God leading them to Lonoke in 2010. Pastor Matt is currently getting his Bachelor in Religion from Liberty University.
Pastor Joe Tayl

The Bible has a lot to say about reaching others with the love of Christ. Pastor Joe’s role is to lead the church’s heart through classes and organization which will lead to the salvation of lost souls in our community. Pastor Joe’s heart for the lost drives his every decision. He has a wonderful testimony of God’s love and grace and wants to tell others.
